Booking Policy

By booking a styling service with Nathalia Rico Interiors, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Deposits and Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your styling session, before completion.

  • Payments are non-transferable between services unless agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

  • If you cancel or do not attend on the day of your appointment, the full service fee may be charged.

  • In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Flexibility will be considered at our discretion.

Scope of Service

  • Styling services include visual direction, layout adjustments, and décor placement using existing furnishings.

  • Additional services such as sourcing, purchasing, or installation are available as add-ons and will be quoted separately.

  • Styling recommendations are based on the client’s brief and property conditions at the time of consultation.

Liability

  • Nathalia Rico Interiors will take all reasonable care during styling sessions. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or loss that occurs during standard handling or rearrangement.

  • Clients must ensure safe access, adequate lighting, and a hazard-free environment during styling visits.

Photos and Marketing

  • Before-and-after photos may be taken for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your property photographed, please advise before your appointment.

General

  • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Nathalia Rico Interiors reserves the right to update service terms or pricing at any time.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
